  7.           distance service in a referral selling program which
  8.           has no sign up fees, and pays you up to 5% of the long
  9.           distance usage of everyone in your referral group --
  10.           which can include both your direct referrals and those

  23.           is negotiating similar agreements with other air
  24.           express services, so by the time you receive your
  25.           manual you may be able to sell more companies than
  26.           Federal Express.  This is the only opportunity we have
  27.           found for people to make money selling air courier
  28.           services to small businesses.
